Factory / warehouse built-up: preferably 80,000sq.ft. to 100,000 sq.ft.
Purpose: to use as warehouse
Loading: factory must suitable for loading & unloading and for warehouse use
Zoning requirement: Light to medium use
Reason: due to expansion
